It's a celebration!
We're ready to celebrate the opening of our new rebuilt Fort Natomas. So we're having a GRAND OPENING at noon on Saturday, December 13th at the site. There will be balloons for the kids, entertainment, clowns, a special play will be performed, refreshments and much more.
The best part is that Fort Natomas will be open for play!
Fort Natomas will open officially for the first time so kids and adults can play and check out the new playground. We're very proud of enhanced features and invite you and your family to come and enjoy the park.
Sitting on the pedestal at the entrance of the new improved Fort Natomas is a tower from the 1991 Fort Natomas at Jefferson Park. The path leads to the inviting entry to the fort and the open area next to the entry will be a family picnic area coming soon.
Create your tile
You still have a final chance to create your personal tile for the Tile Wall. We'll have everything there you'll need to make your tile. The fee is just $35.00. The tiles will be placed soon. Final chance to create your tile!
